Made-to-Order Policy

All Ikonik Luxury Furniture pieces are made to order and crafted specifically for each customer. Because of this, items are non-returnable once production has begun. We encourage you to order fabric samples and review all product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. To file a damage claim, contact our team with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs showing the damage
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your claim and work with you to arrange a repair, replacement, or other resolution as appropriate.

Warranty

All Ikonik Luxury Furniture pieces carry a 2-year warranty on structural defects under normal use. This warranty covers the frame, joints, and construction of your furniture.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear. If you believe your item has a structural defect, please contact our team with your order details and photographs so we can assess the issue.
