Delivery Coverage
Ikonik Luxury Furniture delivers nationwide within South Africa. International delivery is available by special arrangement — customers outside South Africa must contact us directly at sales@ikonik.co.za to discuss shipping, duties, and logistics.
Production & Lead Times
All Ikonik products are made to order. Production begins only after your order has been confirmed and payment received. Standard production lead time is 4 to 6 weeks from order confirmation, with 4 weeks being the most common timeframe. Larger or more complex orders may require additional time.
You will be notified if there are any changes to the estimated timeline.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are charged separately and calculated based on your location, order size, and weight:
- KwaZulu-Natal and Gauteng: R450 flat rate
- All other provinces: R450 + 5% of your cart total
Delivery fees are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Dates
Delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Ikonik shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery to the specified address. The customer, or an authorised representative, must be present to receive delivery and inspect the goods upon arrival.
Inspecting Your Delivery
You must inspect all goods upon delivery. If any item is damaged during transit, you must notify Ikonik within 48 hours of delivery by emailing sales@ikonik.co.za with:
- Clear photographs showing the damage
- Your order number or a copy of your invoice
Claims submitted after the 48-hour window may not be accepted.
